Peter Harrison, the principal of Value Management Consulting services, is a global leader in consulting in Value Management. He has worked with scores of organisations to bring an outcomes and value focus to their portfolio of projects and programs. With over 20 years experience in assisting organisations to realise the value from their business change and digitally enabled transformation investments, Peter has worked with senior executives in both public and private sector organisations to define and implement change for value governance, portfolio management and benefits realisation.
