Vivek joins Customer Science as an Automation Developer, bringing more than eight years’ experience delivering digital transformation solutions across enterprise environments.

With deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and the Microsoft Power Platform, Vivek specialises in designing and implementing scalable solutions across Customer Service, Field Service, Marketing and Sales. His experience spans system configuration, customisation, functional consulting and the translation of complex business requirements into practical technology outcomes.

Vivek has strong capability across Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Dataverse and Power BI, and has delivered intelligent automation solutions using Copilot Studio, including AI-driven workflows and agentic automation. He also brings hands-on technical experience in JavaScript, TypeScript, C# plugin development, Azure services, APIs, UiPath and Python-based automation.
