Rachel joins Customer Science Group as a professional consultant with extensive experience (20+ years) in Telco, Aviation, Utilities, and Retail. Known for her strategic thinking and practical approach to the execution of programs. With a proven record of effectively delivering people, process, and system change in complex environments, Rachel’s success is largely driven by a collaborative and authentic leadership style.

Currently, Rachel supports clients across several industries to navigate rapidly changing landscapes, including evolving changes in customer demands, advances in technologies and channel challenges. Her expertise has helped clients to identify and capitalise on new opportunities, while also mitigating risks associated with emerging trends. In her spare time, Rachel is a keen (learner) artist and gardener.
