Chris joins Customer Science as our Partner Manager, bringing more than 25 years of experience in technology with a focus on Contact Centre and CRM. He has held senior roles with global vendors including Interactive Intelligence, 8×8 and Talkdesk across ANZ and ASEAN, and with systems integrators in the ANZ market. He is recognised for building trusted relationships and enabling partners to deliver greater value to their customers.

With experience spanning the vendor, systems integrator and enterprise landscapes, Chris offers a unique perspective on driving business through ecosystems. He understands the challenges and opportunities from multiple viewpoints and is skilled at aligning organisations to achieve joint success. His collaborative approach combines technology, capability and customer need to create sustainable growth.

Passionate about enriching customer experience through relationships, Chris is committed to strengthening the Customer Science partner community. He brings a proven ability to foster ecosystems that deliver measurable impact for businesses, customers and the industry.
