Juan joins Customer Science as a data and technology professional with around 10 years’ experience across IT, analytics, automation and business intelligence. With an early background in accounting and finance, he brings a strong commercial lens to technology, using data to simplify complexity, reduce repetitive work and help teams make smarter, faster decisions.

Juan began his Australian career at KPMG, working on journal entry automation routines and business intelligence projects. He later became Head of the BI Centre of Excellence, leading Power BI training initiatives across the ASPAC region and helping teams build stronger data capability.

From there he joined Woolworths, where he focused on eCommerce analytics and developed data pipelines to support fulfilment centre KPIs and operational performance. Since then, Juan has continued to help organisations turn complex data into clear insights, scalable reporting and practical decision-making tools.

Known for combining technical capability with curiosity and problem-solving, Juan believes that data rarely gives all the answers upfront, but it always helps ask better questions.
