Tony Ritchie is senior executive with over 25 years of experience in both business and information technology leadership roles across a range of industries. He is an experienced people leader with a strong strategic thinking ability and an outstanding track record in delivering digital transformation.
Tony’s most recent role was Group Chief Information Officer for the NSW Government’s Department of Customer Service (DCS) with responsibility for business engagement, digital and technology project delivery and ICT governance, cyber security, and portfolio management. Tony has had extensive experience in leading IT teams within multiple organisations including NSW government, Virgin Money and American Express. He has a strong track record in building and sustaining high performing, diverse and highly engaged teams. He has been able to consistently create the organisational and technology capabilities to support innovation and improved customer experience. He has led multiple digital transformation programs, including migration from legacy systems and investment in new digital and cloud capabilities, which were delivered successfully while managing project and operating risks.
