Sharon joins Customer Science with over 15 years’ experience spanning government and private sector projects. She has led major initiatives including the Lane Cove Tunnel at the Roads and Traffic Authority NSW and the ChildStory project at the Department of Communities and Justice, where she coordinated a team of more than 300 stakeholders.
With expertise in IT, business administration, accounts payable, and HR, Sharon is skilled at refining processes, ensuring governance, and delivering project support across complex programs. Her creative approach has also seen her redesign departmental intranets and contribute to innovative solutions that improve team efficiency and outcomes.
