He has a proven background in bringing together key initiatives within projects and leading high performing teams to deliver outstanding solutions and overseeing end to end programs of work that transform strategic goals into practical customer focused solutions. Jim also has been involved in greenfield contact centres, delivering an active and experienced framework on resourcing, workforce management, SAP CRM/ISU implementations and UAT management.
