For over 20 years, our Principal Karina has enjoyed a varied career in the Corporate, Government and University Sectors. She has practised as a Solicitor in Private Practice and in house Counsel before completing a Masters in Business with High Distinction and moving into commercial, operations, business executive, Board Director and Chair roles.

Being an accomplished public speaker and holding an undergraduate degree in psychology, Karina has unique interpersonal and problem solving skills which, when combined with a current legal practising certificate and strong business acumen, form a solid partner for your business. Karina has spent many years advising and forming organisations, Chairing Boards as well as navigating government hierarchy and developing business cases to implement creative and practical solutions for workplaces.
