Scott Flakemore

Scott joins Customer Science as a Senior Project Manager, bringing over 35 years’ experience in the IT industry, including 25 years leading complex projects across Federal and State government, mining, defence, and retail. Having worked as both a vendor and customer-side project manager, he brings a pragmatic, collaborative approach that keeps delivery on time, on budget and aligned to scope.

Scott is known for building strong stakeholder relationships and fostering cohesive, high-performing teams that stay focused on clear, measurable outcomes.
