Recently, Peter was the go-to guy (Project Owner) for Optus for a Telephony Upgrade for their 8k+ SMB Customers; previously, he was the Product Manager for all things Contact Centre for Optus for 6 years. One of his big wins was the productisation of the NICE CX-One suite of Contact Centre software.
