Eric makes things that help people. Some of those things include business strategies, customer value propositions, end-to-end services, digital products, backend processes and supporting systems. He is one of those annoying people who likes their job, so if you have a problem to solve or an opportunity to chase, he’s always keen to talk shop.

Eric joins Customer Science Group having worked with an array of top businesses including QBE, Westpac, Service NSW, Westfield, Chemist Warehouse and the Department of Health and Aged Care.
