Barb joins Customer Science Group as an experienced Learning and Development professional with a strong history as a Training Lead and a background in Instructional Design, Facilitation and Technical Writing. Having worked across several industries, customer service is where her passion lies. Barb has a drive for managing large-scale training projects from set-up to realising the benefits for customer service teams and the customers they support. Leading a team and empowering people to be creative and deliver great results is what she strives to achieve.
