His corporate experience includes the past five years as Executive Director for the Customer Service Institute of Australia including managing the Australian Service Excellence Awards program.
Jeremy is considered a CX industry leader with a wealth of knowledge across diverse industries including commercial, not-for-profit and government sectors.
