Candice joins Customer Science Group as a Learning Experience Designer.

With a Master’s Degree in Psychology, Candice has worked extensively with senior leadership teams, sales teams, frontline teams and individual contributors, across many industries. Her work has focused on leadership impact and influence, stakeholder engagement, relationship management, customer service, client experience, and team effectiveness. This has included the design of learning solutions, facilitating learning solutions and personalised one-on-one coaching.
