Peter Kostantakis joins Customer Science, shaping fresh insight into Digital Transformation.

Customer Science and Doll Martin Associates are very pleased to announce their newest expert, Peter Kostantakis has joined the team as an Associate Director, bringing with him over 30 years of experience. Peter is passionate about helping businesses undergo large-scale transformations and in his spare time enjoys time with his family, skiing and scuba diving.

Peter is a proven leader, whose unique skillset will undoubtedly add another layer of quality into our team. Most recently, Peter has engaged in programs including:

· developing new ways of working for digital product teams to effectively deliver large programs of work,

· the development and implementation of digital identity for the digitalisation of government transactions,

· and the development of digital strategy and integrated conversational AI technology for a large government agency.

His extensive cross-industry experience combined with his expertise in technology gives him a unique insight into the world of business transformation, especially in how to use digital technologies most effectively as a key enabler. Peter has a practical and structured approach when working with clients to create strategies and solutions that deliver transformative impact and customer outcomes.

In the past, Peter has proven his leadership skills through the successful implementation of many business and IT transformation initiatives. He has undertaken transformations in industries such as finance, construction, logistics, as well as government at both state and Commonwealth levels. His great passion for data has helped companies see it as the vital asset that it is and how it helps deliver solutions to complex problems, maximising the benefits that can be realised.

As part of the group, Peter will work across our service offerings and focus on helping clients design and implement effective data led strategies for the delivery of end-to-end services. His approach prioritises the strategic “why” over the technical “how” to ensure inclusive designs that deliver seamless digital and non-digital cross-channel solutions.
