Prezzee CX Roadmap and Implementation
Project
Phase One of the recommendations from a CX Review undertaken by Customer Science in January/February 2022 has recently been completed. The work has continued in Phase Two and includes accelerating progress on Zendesk, Training and Chat.
Results
- Zendesk enhancements including; survey review; dashboard improvements; build and validation of IVR and routing
- Complaints case management with supporting workflow and reporting
- Training design and development for key customer processes
- Delivery of Learning Design Plan, Learning Storyboards, Training Content and Facilitator Guides
- Recommendations for Chat platform to enhance functionality and purpose
