Phase One of the recommendations from a CX Review undertaken by Customer Science in January/February 2022 has recently been completed.  The work has continued in Phase Two and includes accelerating progress on Zendesk, Training and Chat.

Results

  • Zendesk enhancements including; survey review; dashboard improvements; build and validation of IVR and routing
  • Complaints case management with supporting workflow and reporting
  • Training design and development for key customer processes
  • Delivery of Learning Design Plan, Learning Storyboards, Training Content and Facilitator Guides
  • Recommendations for Chat platform to enhance functionality and purpose
