Smartz Solutions is a well established South African company who is a very successful BPO provider. Unable to find the right telephony solution in market Smartz developed their own. Shortly after customers started asking to purchase the product for internal use and their business grew into a product business. To support their growth plans they were seeking a partner to manage their presence in the Asia time zone.


Customer Science group designed a solution out of Australia to service the Asia region.
