Flynn is a customer-focused Business Analyst, with a drive for innovation. Through his studies, Flynn built experience in healthcare, government, not for profit and IT. He also has first hand experience in sales, customer service and call centre operations.
Currently finishing his Bachelor of Business Administration at Macquarie University, Flynn is majoring in management, and minoring in international business studies. He intends to use his studies to bring a fresh insight to the consulting space, using strategic and management theory.
Flynn is passionate about new technologies and processes, as well as using his skillset to improve all facets of the customer experience.
