Aaron has four years of experience in business innovation and design thinking through his recent degrees in Business and Creative Intelligence & Innovation. Aaron has worked on projects across telecommunications, transport and not-for-profit sectors, most recently delivering a comprehensive inclusive design toolkit that consolidated multiple artefacts and embodied ID best practice. Throughout such projects, he focused on design thinking methodology and tackled the big “why’s” that underpinned problems.
Aaron finds meaning in applying a human-centric approach to problem solving and strongly believes in the value of co-design. Outside of work, he enjoys skiing and spends the warmer months spearfishing.
