Digital Market Place Pricing and Product Support

Pricing

The list of prices below is consistent for all services and comes with the Customer Science Service Guarantee. Customer Science will work collaboratively to deliver a workable pricing model. We have operated with a fixed price, time and materials, transaction pricing, and shared benefit outcome-based pricing.

Should the agency require staff for an extended period, our rates reduce. The rate reduces from a 0% discount to 10% discount on a sliding scale between 4 weeks and 40 weeks, with any time beyond 40 days at a flat 10% discount.

Expenses, should they be required, are capped at 7% of the engagement, unless agreed prior with the agency. All expenses are pre-approved.
