We provide CX Consultants, Service Designers, Project Managers, Business Analysts, Change Managers, Process Engineers, Knowledge Managers, L&D/Training and customer service recruitment experts to ensure your CX project will be executed as designed.
And if you just need a helping hand you can rent a expert as a coach to assist you while handing over important skills for what would be less than the cost of a good customer service training course.

The resources include Project Managers, BA's, Change Agents, Trainers, Knowledge Manager and Service Designers. The benefit of the pool is that they can re-use those people liked, who understand their business and are already SNSW pre-trained. This means SNSW can rapidly scale up and down resource to meet project demands.
